Ingredients :

How to make it ?

Boil the mung beans for 15-20mins


Mix all the ingredients


Blend it for two minutes

I have just learned in the classroom with the topic ‘Natural Fast Food’ and in that class we taught each other to break people’s the stereotype about insects and turn it into delicious insects meal but also healthy. Not only that, some insects have higher protein than the meat from bigger animal (cow,chicken etc.). Very interesting isn’t it? Besides that, in this class I also learned how to process the sprouts into a food that tastes good and also healthy. In this class I’ve learned that sprouts also contain a variety of vitamins such as vitamin K, folate, pantothenic acid, niacin, thiamin, vitamin C, vitamin A, and riboflavin. In terms of minerals, sprouts Contain manganese, copper, zinc, magnesium, iron, and calcium. and Sprouts may refer to a number of different vegetable or plant beans in the period of time after they begin to grow. The most common sprouts that people regularly use in cooking are alfalfa, soy, and mung bean sprouts, as well as various other types of bean sprouts. I get a lot of new lessons from this class and I’m very excited to share with people how important it is to try new things on earth that a sustainable and green life. As we know that a lot of the food we consume is not environmentally friendly, for example, cows produce methane gas which can lead to global warming and livestock populations also have spent a land so it is difficult for us to maintain the green area.
After studying all of these stuff, I also want other people to apply what I’ve learned in a way that I will share a recipe to process mung bean to become a delicious dessert and healthy. This recipe called ‘Sweety Mung Bean’ I know it sounds weird but that is how I call it!

Are you ready to make your own mung bean recipe? GET PREPARE!


-Mung Beans (3 tablespoon)    

-Brown Sugar

-Yogurt Plain (3 tablespoon)

-Water (500cc)

-Ice cubes

-Honey (1 teaspoon)







How to do it:

Boil mung bean for 20 minutes in a pan with 500cc of water and after 20 minutes of boiling water, throw the water from the pan so the mung bean are separated.


Take the mung bean that have been boiled and put it together with honey, plain yogurt, ice cubes and sugar in a bowl. And then put everything in the bowl into a blender and mix all ingredients for 1 minute.


After all the ingredients blend, pour into a cup or glass and sweety mung bean ready to served.


Enjoy your yummy healthy dessert and be a green warrior!

It was the first time

That I was aware of my mask

It fit perfectly

Making it unable for me

Akiane’s life began in an unusual way, with an underwater home birth in a shack on the edge of a cornfield.

Although during her first years the family experienced severe hardships, Akiane grew up in a nurturing home-schooling environment. Her mother was a Lithuanian immigrant teacher and her father a chef from Chicago. In their rural Illinois home the family had no friends, no relatives, no television or radio, and their life was quite simple: long walks in nature, open conversations, and hands on explorations of knowledge.

When Akiane was four years old, even though the family was indifferent to spirituality or religion, suddenly she started experiencing vivid impressions about invisible realms and a great desire to express them through art utilizing whatever medium was found on hand: candles, lipstick, fruits, vegetables, charcoal or pencils.

Though once in while she would share many details about the self-aware universes she was seeing, most of her spiritual experiences, however, she kept secret, so as not to overwhelm her parents. “It is not time yet for you to know what I see. When that time comes, then you will know.”

Whether it was Akiane’s vivid imagination or real experiences, her realistic drawings of mostly faces, undoubtedly impressed everybody, and during the first local art exhibitions people often had a hard time believing that the work could actually be created by such a young child.

Soon afterwards, Akiane plunged into the world of colors, and a few more years later into the world of poetry leaving her family and audiences puzzled.

Gradually the days became filled with thinking, painting and writing, and at the tender age of eight the self-taught prodigy completed her first five-foot long oil paintings mastering realism equal to that of a seasoned artist.

I’ve always been told that when life gives me lemons, that I should make lemonade…

That’s great, but what do I make when life doesn’t give me any lemons?

What do I do when life doesn’t give me anything at all?

At the end of the day should I still be looking to make some sort of lemonade?

Is artificially-made lemonade good enough?

And why lemonade in the first place? There’s so many other great uses for lemons! Some are wayyy better than just lemonade.

Come to think of it now… Wouldn’t life also have to give you sugar and water to make lemonade? If life gave me sugar I think I’d definitely use it for something other than lemonade.

What if life were to give me lemonade first? There’s nothing useful that lemonade can be used for or made into… If anything, all that sugar makes it unhealthy to drink. I’d rather go back and have the lemons, sugar, and water as separate ingredients.

To be really abstract now, I can’t think of life ever giving me anything tangible. Why should I think that it’ll start to now?

All that to say, I’m thankful that God has given me life and every good thing I have was given by him.

Moral of the story:
Don’t wait around for life to give you lemons. When God gives you life, make the most of it.
